Information you provide
The contact form asks for your name, email address, optional organisation, selected service and message. Please provide only what is needed for an initial conversation. Do not send passwords, confidential customer records, incident evidence or sensitive system information.
Purpose and delivery
Your enquiry is emailed to Cyber Evident so we can review it, respond and discuss any requested work. A service enquiry is not consent to receive a newsletter. This website runs on WordPress.com. The hosting provider and email services process information as part of operating the website and delivering messages; their own privacy terms also apply.
Storage and security
The custom contact form does not keep a separate database of enquiry messages on this website. Delivered messages remain in our email service. A short-lived, hashed network identifier is used to limit repeated submissions and expires after ten minutes. Hosting and email services may also keep operational and security logs under their own policies. No internet transmission is guaranteed to be completely secure.
Privacy enquiries and requests
To ask about information you have sent, request access or correction, request deletion, or raise a privacy concern, use our contact form and choose Other. State that your message is a privacy request and provide enough information for us to identify the relevant enquiry. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
