Not sure where your business stands? Start with a Cyber Health Check.

We review an agreed selection of your everyday security controls and the evidence behind them. You receive a plain-English summary of the important gaps, a prioritised improvement plan and a handover for your team or IT provider.

See what the Health Check includes

What you receive

  • A business summary of the risks that deserve attention
  • Findings tied to the evidence reviewed, including what could not be confirmed
  • Prioritised actions with suggested owners and next steps
  • A walkthrough with your team or IT provider

This is a review and action plan. Hands-on fixes, emergency response and ongoing monitoring are not included.

Have a specific need?

What are you trying to solve?

You shouldn’t have to choose a cybersecurity framework before you know which service would help. Start with the problem in front of you.

01

“Are our everyday systems secure?”

Check the basics that protect access, email, devices and backups. Understand your biggest exposures without commissioning a large audit.

02

“A customer wants proof of our controls.”

Get help answering a security questionnaire, finding the right records and being clear about controls that still need work.

03

“A customer has asked for a specific review.”

Clarify the platform or framework requirement, then agree the systems, evidence and deliverables.

Go deeper where it matters

Review the controls. Test the exposure. Plan the next action.

A focused service can answer a specific security concern without making you commission every type of assessment.

What your business receives

See what a finding helps you decide.

Get a short business summary and a prioritised action list, with technical detail for the people responsible for the fixes. A useful assessment shows the issue, the evidence, why it matters and who can fix it.

  • A short summary of the main business risks
  • Findings linked to the evidence actually reviewed
  • Recommended actions in a sensible priority order
  • A walkthrough with your manager or IT provider

Illustrative finding · Fictional example

Administrator account without enforced MFA

Why it matters: A stolen password could give someone access to important business settings.

Evidence: Agreed identity policy export and administrator account review.

Next action: Enforce suitable MFA, confirm emergency-access arrangements and retest the control.

Fictional example — not a client case study.
A straightforward process

From your question to a useful plan.

You know what is being reviewed before access is requested. Findings are discussed with the right people, not sent as an unexplained score.

01 / DISCUSS

Explain your goal

Tell us what prompted the review, which systems are involved and whether there is a customer deadline.

02 / SCOPE

Agree the work

Confirm the scope, permissions, deliverables and exclusions in writing. We agree the fee and delivery schedule before paid work begins.

03 / ASSESS

Review the evidence

Inspect agreed settings, documents and operating records. Explain gaps and limitations.

04 / HANDOVER

Prioritise the actions

Walk through what to fix, who may own it and how to check the change worked.

Australian regulations, properly applied

Not every security standard is a legal requirement for every business.

A customer request, voluntary framework and legal obligation can call for different work. We review agreed security evidence and refer legal applicability questions to appropriately qualified advisers.

Find the relevant frameworks

Frameworks are a starting point, not the outcome.

What your team really needs to know: which controls exist, whether they work and which gaps deserve attention first.

Your next step

Start with the concern you want answered.

You do not need to choose a framework before contacting us. Tell us what is worrying you or what a customer has asked for, and we will explain a suitable starting point. No passwords, client records or system exports needed at this stage.

Discuss your business risks

We will clarify your concern and explain the proposed next step before any engagement is agreed.

Before you start

A clear starting point for your business.

How are price and timing agreed?

Before paid work begins, we agree the scope, deliverables, fee and delivery schedule in writing. Tell us about any deadline in your initial enquiry; submitting the form does not confirm a booking or start paid work.

Can I enquire if we use other software?

Yes. Start with your business concern rather than a product name. We confirm the systems and available evidence that can be reviewed before accepting the work; a broad enquiry is not a promise to support every product.

Will you make changes to our systems?

Assessment services provide findings and an action plan. Hands-on changes, ongoing monitoring and emergency response are not included unless a separate suitable scope is explicitly agreed. The automation service has its own agreed pilot scope.

What if we have little documentation?

Tell us what you have and involve your IT provider where helpful. Available settings, records or supervised walkthroughs may help; missing evidence is recorded as a gap or limitation rather than guessed.
