About Cyber Evident

Cybersecurity advice you can understand and act on.

We are building Cyber Evident for organisations that want an informed, evidence-based view of security without a report full of unexplained jargon.

Our approach

Start with your question. End with a clear action.

Business owners don’t always need another security product or a full compliance program. Often they need to know whether a risk is real, how a control has been checked and which action comes first.

Cyber Evident’s approach draws on cybersecurity assessment, technology risk and audit methods: agree the boundary, review the available evidence, explain limitations and prioritise improvements that someone can own.

We work alongside your existing IT provider where helpful. The aim is to give the business and its technical team a common view of what needs to happen next.

What we want every client to receive

  • A written and understandable scope before work begins
  • Clear findings supported by observed evidence
  • An honest explanation of what wasn’t tested
  • Recommendations prioritised for the business
  • A handover so the right people know what to do
Why our reporting is different

No unexplained scorecards.

If an account is missing MFA, we’ll explain which account or policy was examined, why the issue matters and how the team can confirm it has been resolved. If evidence is missing, we’ll say so rather than guess.

Evidence

See what evidence supports each finding, including configurations, policies, interviews and the limits of the review.

Business impact

See why a finding matters to your staff, customers, operations or contractual commitments.

Next steps

Give your IT team or manager a list of actions, priorities and ways to confirm the fixes worked.
